I only have high praise for this album! Of course the highest praise I can give is that Mean Messiah has clearly been influenced by Strapping Young Lad!! A definite MUST own for SYL disciples and fans of all angry, heavy-as-Hell, head thrashing, life-affirming METAL!

Every track stands out and really sticks, and everyone on this album brought their A game. It's definitely not as heavy as previous albums, but that doesn't matter because it's their best release to date. To me, this feels like Shokran reaching their final form, and it's beautiful. However, the final boss always has another form after the form you thought was the final form, so I can't wait to see what's next!
